Rooms were clean staff helpful & friendly. Wouldn't want to stay again in the winter as the parking lot was terrible. We had freezing rain & a lot of snow there was no sand/salt put down & the lot wasn't plowed. It was very dangerous walking.

Great room, spacious, fireplace was nice. Could just use a bit better sound proofing between floors, as we could hear the upstairs neighbours kids running around very easily. Was perfect once they went to sleep, so all a matter of who you get above you.

We stayed here twice on our way to and from Nova Scotia. The first room we stayed in was great and had a good vibe while our second room was not as impressive even though we got the same type of room. The breakfast was continental and small but provided a variety of options. The best part of our second stay was our visit to the Carnation restaurant. The takeout was well-priced for the big portions, the service was quick, and the quality of the food was excellent.

Room was clean for what the cleaners could do. Some stains on the carpet. Walls were paper thin and the floors creaked in a few places. The bed was stiff and uncomfortable but they have a low cost for their pet fee. Breakfast was standard breads and cereal. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked nice. Would only recommend if money is an issue.

Clean rooms. Decent pool, the pool area needs some attention however. Free breakfast but very poorly run. Definitely needs some music in there so that everyone can't hear you whispering to the person next to you. Beds uncomfortable. But again, it was clean and that is, in my opinion, the most important thing. For the price it met my expectations. In the lobby it said it was a 4 star hotel? Not on your life. 2.5 star at most.
