  I expected a call on a particular day to let me know an order was ready to pick up. I didn't get a call, so I called them. My order was there, but the truck had arrived late so I hadn't been called. Fine with me, I understand the logistics. But the man on the phone was brusque and kept trying to hang up on me while I was asking what their hours were. I understand it's busy, but if a call can't get the attention it requires, let it go to voicemail.

  Great store with great staff have to be some of the friendliest of any hardware store I've ever been to.

  They have a bit of everything you can think of the inventory is usually limited. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
