  Im being generous with 1 star...I have never dealt with such an incompetent group of people in my life. These people who are suppose to be professionals come to the house unprepared and start with guessing game of whats wrong...maybe its this? Or maybe its that? Or leave before the job is done to tend to different service call. Meanwhile a family of 4 sits and waits to have water restored. Buyer beware ! If you need a plumber stay far away from oromocto plumbing it just leads to more of a headache.

  Water furnace was making loud bangs etc needed to be bled, Spent over $200 just before Christmas and it has now made more noise then the original problem. Very upset and frustrated over spending money that could be spent on something else this time of year. Wish we just attemptied to fix it ourselves.

  I had called and was very clear that i needed to trace pipes under the concrete in my garage as i did not know where they exited footing so it could be hooked up to house septic so i can install bathroom in garage.The poor serviceman caught in middle shows up with a snake and in no way is it possible to follow a snake underground.I needed the transmitter so it could be followed and i could dig up pipes outside.Very dissapointed to be charged for a service they do not carry the tools for and to be told lets snake it anyway becuase youll be charged for the service call anyway.Upon discussion with someone as owner wouldnt answer call he dropped charges for snaking which wasnt why i called.i know its plugged it goes nowhere why i need to find the end.Tried to deal locally but dissapointed! Cheques in the mail.And will be contacting BBB.And the owner will not talk to the public very impersonable!

  I have dealt with this company for 16 years.. I suggest that if you have a problem with anyone there. You start look in the mirror for the problem. Always top notch service and professional.
